Our Facility

We have entered into an agreement with Richmond and Michelle Wilson to rent/lease a 200-acre ranch located at 6710 East 6th Street, just off Highway 51 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This 200-acre ranch includes a 2-bedroom home for a caretaker, a 7-stall barn with room to add 7 more stalls, and an indoor working area. The property also has eight outside corrals. Now that our 501c3 is granted, we have begun raising money through fundraisers, grants, and donations to make this our primary home for horses in need.

Our only program is to make this a comfortable living environment for horses in need of a kind and loving home. It is a retirement and rehabilitation center for horses being rescued from abuse or slaughter. By rehabilitation, we mean bringing back and securing the health of any horse we might acquire. This ranch is in the center of four schools that offer 4H and FFA activities, as well as the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. It is also just around the corner from the Stillwater Fairgrounds.

Most horses that come here will stay and live out the rest of their lives. We only consider adoptions if it is in the best interest of the horse.
