By making, a donation purchase of pixels on this site you hereby agree to accept all Terms and Conditions as follows.  Who we are and what this page is all about.  Equine Savior Corporation is an approved 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This page works similarly to purchasing ad space on pixel advertising websites, however, we are a non-profit organization, and so you are making a “donation purchase”.  Why Should You Make a Donation Purchase here and not a Pixel Advertising Page?  Your donation purchase helps fund our organization, which is predominately horse, but other animal rescue. For further information on our organization, please go to the home page www.EquineSavior.com  Advantages  Our pixel page is designed for you to sponsor a particular area of our needs. By placing your picture/logo and personal/corporate information in a particular area, you are sponsoring, not only our organization, but also a particular area of our needs. You will receive donor notoriety by the many viewers that come to our website. Is my Donation Purchase Tax Deductible?  Equine Savior Corporation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, but we are not in the business to advise you on tax laws, and therefore cannot. We suggest you talk to a tax consultant or attorney when it comes to our receipt. Most donation purchases are not tax deductible, because you receive something for your purchase (ad space). However, make sure your tax consultant knows that by making this donation purchase, it was your intent to sponsor our organization and a particular area of our needs in rescuing horses and other animals.   Furthermore, you will not be able to submit a picture that offers a product for sale. Your picture can only be related to you, personally, or a company logo. You do have the option of submitting a web link to your personal or corporate homepage. How This Works The pixel program should be self-explanatory. The minimum donation purchase of pixels is 100 pixels at 25c per pixel, or $25 on an annual basis. The reason for this is, that anything smaller cannot be seen. This is not intended to be a forced minimum donation. Again, this is considered a donation purchase. If you would like to donate to our organization without participating on this page, please go to our homepage. More than one person or organization is more than welcome to raise donations to participate on this page. Simply indicate this in the space provided.  You can increase the size of your picture in pixels, which would increase the size of your donation purchase. Example: 20x20=400 pixels = $100 per year.  If you have difficulty uploading your details, do not have a picture, or have trouble sizing your picture, just email administration.  Your web address must begin with http://www… Our site enables you to upload a different picture at a different size, which will be automatically fit within the space provided. When someone points over the site picture, a popup window will appear with your alternate picture, web address and a short statement of who you are. Our site is fully automated, so once you have uploaded your information, you can edit your information. Please see Terms and Conditions regarding restrictions on the type of image/logo and web page content that it directs to. Obscene/offensive/terrorist/adult images or links, any illegal matter, or any images or links not deemed suitable for children, will not be accepted. Equine Savior decides what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show any of the above material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one. We ask any user of this site to notify us if you find any picture or link to a website which contravenes this rule. Please contact us immediately at Administration and we will decide if the link should be removed. Equine Savior reserves the right to refund or not, on a case-by-case basis. Donation Purchase packages equate to a $25 minimum for 100 pixels on an annual basis. Your donation purchase does not entitle you to ownership of any part of this site, nor does it provide membership to our organization. You are only granted the right to submit an image of the respective size you have donated for and link it to a website. In order to keep this site up to date, it is unavoidable that from time to time some pages may be down for maintenance. All efforts will be taken to keep these to an absolute minimum - No credit or refund for any site downtime beyond our control will be given. If your picture is positioned in such a way that it does not allow enough space for a new user, we reserve the right move your picture to gain full access to our pixels. All images must be in a GIF format and reasonable file size. Images must NOT be animated Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// Equine Savior Corporation is not responsible for the content of any alien sites attached to this site. You hereby warrant that all materials/images/links are original, do not infringe on any third party's rights, and that you have obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or third party's property appears in the images or links. Equine Savior reserves the right to remove any entry if it finds in its sole discretion that any of the foregoing warranties are not true. Decisions of Equine Savior shall be final and binding. You hereby release and hold harmless the Equine Savior Corporation, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind rising from or in connection with this pixel page, or any alien sites attached to this pixel page. You hereby agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved, and causes of action arising out of or connected with Equine Savior Corporation, shall be resolved individually, or in arbitration, without resort to any form of court action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada, which court shall apply the laws of the commonwealth of Nevada, without regard for rules of conflicts of law. In any such dispute, participant shall, under no circumstances, be entitled to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any) associated with participation of this pixel page. Furthermore, you hereby waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. At present we only use PayPal through the automated features of this website. If you do not want to use PayPal, please contact administration for alternatives. All payments must be cleared, before your images and information will appear. Please contact administration if you do not see your images and information upon completion of the order. Be sure to refresh the Pixel page to see your ad. Privacy Statement Equine Savior Corporation collects certain personal information such as your name and address. This is used solely to fulfill your order and will be stored in compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. We will respect all customer requests regarding the use of their personal data. Please let us know by email to Administration if we are deficient in any way in this respect. We do not sell or trade any of your personal details to third parties. If at any time you want to know what information Equine Savior holds about you feel free to contact us and we will provide you with all the data. If you want information removed, please let us know at any time. Equine Savior reserves the right to use your mail, or email address for our newsletter.
